The
artistic collective LOXOSconcept, with the support of the “E.R. Duni”
Conservatory in Matera, the MATERELETTRICA collective, KEYHOLE cultural
association, BLUE CAT BLUES association and the Matera2019 foundation
promotes the second edition of MA/IN 2017 [MAtera INtermedia festival].
The
MA/IN 2017 will take place in MATERA [European Capital of Culture 2019]
early December 2017 at the conservatory "E.Duni" and at the amazing
CASA CAVA concert hall.
All authors and performers of any age and nationality can submit works in one (or more) of these categories:
[A] Acousmatic ~ fixed media music
[B] Mixed Media ~ for instruments and electronics [fixed or live]
[C] AudioVisual ~ works with pre-prepared video and music (audiovisual compositions)
[D] LivePerformance/SoundArt ~ works that include electronics and other elements. Sound Installation are allowed.
Works submitted in the previous edition and not selected are eligible.
An international jury, composed by renowned artists, will select the best works and will give also prizes and special mentions.

The
entry fee is €15.00 (Euros) for the first piece of work entered, and
€10.00 for each subsequent work (even in different categories).
Works should be submitted only in electronic form,
only through the on-line submission system at
www.materaintermedia.it

“E.R. Duni” di Matera, il colletivo MATERELETTRICA, l’Associazione
Culturale KEYHOLE , l’associazione musicale BLUE CAT BLUES e la
fondazione Matera2019 promuove la seconda edizione del MA/IN 2017 [MAtera INtermedia festival].
Il
MA/IN 2017 si svolgerà a MATERA a dicembre 2017, presso gli spazi del
Conservatorio di Musica “E. Duni” e nella suggestiva location di CASA
CAVA.
Tutti gli autori e performer possono partecipare al bando per le seguenti categorie:
[A] Acousmatic ~ esecuzioni da supporto digitale
[B] Mixed Media ~ composizioni per strumenti ed elettronica, live o da supporto digitale.
[C] AudioVisual ~ composizioni audiovisive
[D] LivePerformance/SoundArt ~ performance/lavori che includano l’elettronica e altri elementi. Le installazioni sonore sono accettate.
I lavori presentati per l’edizione precedente, e non selezionati, sono ricandidabili.
Una giuria internazionale, composta da artisti rinomati, selezionerà i migliori lavori e assegnerà premi e menzioni speciali.

quota d’ingresso è di 15 euro per il primo lavoro e di 10 per ogni
opera successivamente registrata (anche indifferenti categorie).
