Do you estimate a planned trip, confirming the family itinerary?
In this trio of multifaceted improvisers, spontaneity opts for shortcuts, not rejecting controlled skidding, to surprise and be surprised. In the development of open improvisation, exploring unusual climaxes is a motto to follow an indeterminate path, proposing multiple possibilities.
Carlos Bechegas - Flutist and composer with very diverse collaborations, such as with Derek Bailey, Alexander von Schlippenbach, Barry Guy, Peter Kowald and Joëlle Léandre, among many others, and with a long collaboration with Carlos “Zíngaro” since the “Plexus” project.
João Madeira – Double bass player with a strong focus on free improvisation and music creations for dance and theatre. He collaborates with musicians such as Carlos "Zíngaro", Hêrnani Faustino, Bruno Parrinha, Ernesto Rodrigues, Paulo Galão and Sofia Borges and many others.
Ulrich Mitzlaff – violoncellist, collaborates regularly in various projects in the areas of contemporary “immediate composition”, electroacoustic music and free-jazz and has created music for dance, theatre and cinema plays. He has participated in many concerts and shows with Carlos “Zíngaro”, Nuno Rebelo, Vera Mantero, Carlos Santos, Josep-Maria Balanyà, Carlos Bechegas, Albert Cirera, Laurenz Theinert, Pedro Carneiro, Romulus Neagu, Américo Rodrigues, Emídio Buchinho, Paula Pinto, Stefano de Bonis among many others.
