is a weeklong, intensive summer program for performers and composers
interested in music combining live performance and electronics.

THEME: Improvisation, featuring improv-focused workshops and improvisation ensembles

SPLICE Institute
is designed for performers and composers with or without a background
in electronics, featuring engaging, hands-on workshops offered
at beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Performer workshops focus on practical approaches to performing, rehearsing, and interpreting music with electronics.
Composer workshops
explore various technical and aesthetic considerations related to works
involving electronics and music performance, including workshops
focused on Max/MSP and Supercollider.
