SPLICE
Institute is a weeklong, intensive summer program for performers and composers interested
in music combining live performance and electronics. Applications are
now being accepted for SPLICE Institute 2019, which will take place June 23-29, 2019 at
Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI.

This year SPLICE Institute will explore best practices and entrepreneurshipin technology-mediated
composition and performance. Composers with concert collaboration will
be paired with participant performers, Ensemble Dal Niente, or the
SPLICE Ensemble to write and premiere a new work at the Institute.
