Essen, 20.06.2021 (English version below) Liebe Kulturinteressierte, liebe Freund*innen des Festivals Blaues Rauschen, Die Vernetzung und der Austausch mit europäischen Nachbarländern NRWs auch auf künstlerischer und kulturpolitischer Ebene ist für die Rhein-Ruhr-Region ein wichtiges Instrument und Signal in Richtung Weiterentwicklung und Zukunftsfähigkeit. Und darum geht es in der Episode 10 unseres Podcasts. Mit zwei internationalen Kooperationspartnern des diesjährigen Festivals Blaues Rauschen hat deshalb sich der künstlerische Leiter Karl-Heinz Blomann zu einer Zoom-Session verabredet, um die unterschiedlichen Ausgangslagen und Optionen zu beleuchten. Julia Eckhardt ist Teil des Kollektivs im Brüsseler Workspace Q-02. Und Rikkert Brok kuratiert und organisiert – gemeinsam mit Mitchel van Dinther – das FAQ Festival im niederländischen s´Hertogenbosch. Beide sind in den Bereichen Klangforschung, akusmatische und elektronische Musik unterwegs und haben sich dieses Jahr erstmalig mit BLAUES RAUSCHEN vernetzt. BLAUES RAUSCHEN´s artistic director Karl-Heinz Blomann has therefore agreed to a zoom session with two international cooperation partners of this year's festival in order to shed light on the different starting points and options. Julia Eckhardt is part of the collective in the Brussels workspace Q-02. And Rikkert Brok curates and organizes - together with Mitchel van Dinther - the FAQ Festival in s´Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. Both work in the fields of sound research, acousmatic and electronic music and this year they networked with BLAUES RAUSCHEN for the first time. Both give us information about this and the conditions under which intra-European collaborations and project work have to be managed.
