His latest album, Kyiv Eternal, which weaves together a decade of field recordings, has been praised by Pitchfork as "a journal of endangered memories and a talisman against loss; above all, it’s a testament to survival." Heinali has also worked extensively with sound art installations, including commissions from institutions such as The Museum of Modern Art. | | | Samuel StollFriday, 01.11.2024 | Berlin-based hornist Samuel Stoll’s work is surprising, versatile and fascinating at every turn, incorporating an eclectic repertoire, unencumbered performance installations and a number of artistic collaborators. For Kiezsalon x KCMD, Samuel will perform commissioned pieces by Ukrainian composers Alla Zagaykevych and Boris Loginov, along with his own compositions. | | | The Villa Elisabeth is one of Berlin’s protected architectural monuments, beloved for its grandeur and historical charm. The grounds of the Villa – a green gem in the centre of Berlin – invite you to linger longer, between and after the concerts. We are looking forward to returning after our sold-out Kiezsalon back in August 2021. | | Our Finale weekend continues the following Saturday at Akademie der Künste with the Berlin debuts of Sheherazaad and duo Judith Hamann & Sofia Jernberg, along with Ben Glas.
